UK postage

For in-stock items I post via Royal Mail within 4 days of the order being placed. If you want it sooner for any reason just add a note to your order and I will usually be able to send it same/next day. For pre-orders the time to make will vary and be a little unpredictable so allow at least 2 weeks but I’ll have an estimate on the product page. Everything is tracked and insured.

International postage

I ship worldwide but costs will vary depending on where you live. I can’t guarantee delivery times but the order will be tracked and insured to make sure it arrives safely. If you need it by a certain date please let me know ASAP and I’ll do my best.

Returns & exchanges

If it’s not for you, you can return it. I totally understand that pieces like mine are an investment of your hard earned money so I would never want you to own something you don’t love. Just make sure it’s unworn, and undamaged with the original label, then send me an email or reply to your order confirmation to say you’d like to return.
